It has set up a Help Desk to provide telephonic, fax and e-mail support services to customers. The present strength of PCSC is 4 persons. Its motto is to promote centralized service concept where through a single window a wide variety of services ranging from upgrades, warranty repairs, annual maintenance, job contracting, 24-hours e-mail support to meet various customers support needs.
